Differences between our standard cages & Storage Shelf Base Cages
Base has longer legs than standard cages with a shelf in the base.
Inside cage height is 3 feet 3 inches.
Cross bars every 6" instead of every 12"

Soaring Stainless Steel Prices
As you may or may not know, stainless steel prices have been climbing for some time due to the price of nickel, a key part of stainless steel. Although we have not raised our cage prices since January 2006, the volatile prices we are getting every time we order stainless has made it impossible to honor those prices any longer. In the interest of not constantly changing our prices, we have decided it is necessary to impose a surcharge as our suppliers have done to us.
